Howdy! I'm Kelcey, a 26 year old graphic designer and photographer from Central Maryland. I graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) with a BFA in Illustration and ended in the field of graphic design. My focus on the arts has never interrupted my unconditional love of horses.
My first ride was when I was 5 years old and it was a life changing experience. To say I was hooked on horses was an understatement. I quickly became "that horse girl" in all of my social circles- talking about them, reading about them, drawing them- if it had a horse- you can guarantee I was obsessed with it.
Today, I work full time as a graphic designer and almost every single moment of my free time is taken up by riding horses, taking pictures of horses, caring for horses, or working with other small equestrian business owners. I also occasionally show my regular mount, Simon, in sorting.
Everything horses is my passion.
Having a life long love of horses has fueled a lot of decisions in my life- starting my own small equestrian business was definitely one of the best ones. I love meeting like minded people who love horses just as much as I do.
